4. Your shop weighs, washes, and quality-checks The partner shop logs the actual weight, applies any add-ons you selected (fabric softener, stain treatment, express turnaround), and washes your load through their standard quality process.
5. Delivery back to you Once your order is ready, a rider brings it back to your address. You'll get status updates the whole way — picked up, in progress, ready, out for delivery.
